Lifespan Respite Care Program; authorizes CFS Dept. to contract for said program; creates Relative Caregiver Program; requires that training & education programs be provided by dept.; authorizes AHCA to require monitoring of relative caregivers; provides for certification of relative caregivers by dept., etc. Creates 393.0662.
