GENERAL BILL by Geller
High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes; allows certain energy-saving vehicles to travel in such lanes, regardless of occupancy; provides for decal & registration certificate; provides for fee; defines term "hybrid vehicle"; provides rulemaking authority. Amends 316.0741.
