Medical Information/Pub. Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for medical information re individual's health held by local governmental entities or their service providers for purposes of determining eligibility for paratransit services under Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act or Transportation Disadvantaged Program as provided in specified provisions; provides for retroactive application of exemption, etc. Amends 119.07.
