Credit Reports & Scores by Insurers; specifies purpose to regulate & limit use of credit reports & credit scores by insurers for underwriting & rating purposes; specifies application to types of insurance; requires that insurer identify items in credit report which resulted in adverse decision; authorizes insurers to use number of credit inquiries for certain purposes; authorizes Financial Services Commission to adopt rules, etc. Creates 626.9741.
