GENERAL BILL by Russell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clarke ; Machek
Water Resources; provides that if local government grants quasi-judicial development order pursuant to adopted land development regulations & order is not subject of pending appeal, right to commence & complete development pursuant to order may not be abrogated by subsequent judicial determination that such land development regulations, or any portion thereof, are invalid because of deficiency in approval standards, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
