SB 48-A: LifeSaver Rx Program
GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg
LifeSaver Rx Program; requires Secretary of Health Care Administration to operate said program as state pharmaceutical assistance program to provide discounts to participants for prescription drugs covered by rebate agreement; requires secretary to negotiate discount prices or rebates for prescription drugs from manufacturers or labelers; requires AHCA to publish on website average wholesale prices of drugs provided through program, etc. Amends Ch. 409.
