Trust Funds; revises formula for contribution by certain trust funds to General Revenue Fund; exempts certain trust funds & revenues from appropriation required by certain provision; appropriates certain earnings on investments to General Revenue Fund; provides for method of investment, & disposition of interest earned on such investment, of certain trust fund moneys of specified agencies, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
