Trust Funds; terminates specified trust funds within Dept. of State & DOT; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; provides for deposit of all funds collected by Corporations Div. of Dept. of State into General Revenue Fund; deletes reference to Coconut Grove Playhouse Trust Fund, to conform; revises sources of funding for Fla. Fine Arts Trust Fund, etc. Amends FS.
