GENERAL BILL by Harrington ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis ; Detert ; Spratt ; Waters

Elections; revises & provides duties of Secretary of State as chief election officer; requires uniform statewide voter registration application to contain notice to first-time registrants about required identification prior to voting first time; authorizes use of driver's license or state-issued ID card number in lieu of portion of social security number on voter registration application; repeals provision re central voter file, etc. Amends FS.
