Workers' Compensation; revises authorization to claim exemptions & requirements re submitting notice of election of exemption; revises provisions re contractors & subcontractors re liability for compensation; provides additional limitations on compensation for permanent total disability; revises provisions re timely payment of compensation & medical bills & penalties for late payment, etc. Amends Chs. 440, 627, 921.0022, 946.523, 985.315.
