Pugilistic Exhibitions; requires any amateur boxing, kickboxing, or mixed martial arts match held in this state to be sanctioned by sanctioning body approved by Florida State Boxing Commission; increases penalties for participating in or promoting professional or amateur toughman or badman match; provides for construction of act in pari materia with laws enacted during 2003 Regular Session or 2003 Special Session A of Legislature, etc. Amends 548.006,.007,.008.
