HB 3-B: Legislators' Salaries
GENERAL BILL by Greenstein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brutus ; Cusack ; Fiorentino ; Vana
Legislators' Salaries; provides that salaries of legislators shall not be increased until December 1, 2003; provides that increase in such salaries on said date shall be limited to 2 percent; provides for future repeal; provides for construction of act in pari materia with laws enacted during 2003 Regular Session or 2003 Special Session A of Legislature; provides exception.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
