GENERAL BILL by Galvano
Statewide Research Institutes; authorizes establishment of for-profit subsidiaries of governing corporation; provides that contract with State Board of Education shall permit use of lands, facilities, & personnel for research, education, treatment, prevention, & early detection of cancer & for certain teaching & research programs; renames Fla. Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute as Johnnie Bryars Byrd, Sr., Alzheimer's Center & Research Inst., etc. Amends Ch. 1004.
