Workers' Compensation; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S14-E & 16-E) changes from January 1, 2004, to July 1, 2004, effective date of amendments made by chapter 2003-412, Laws of Florida, to specified provisions which govern coverage requirements for workers' compensation, election of exemption from coverage requirements, & effect of such election.
