GENERAL BILL by Sansom ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis

Firefighter/Municipal Police Pension; authorizes DOR to create & maintain database for use by insurers that report & remit excise tax on property insurance premiums & casualty insurers premiums; provides incentives to insurers for using database & penalties for failure to use database; provides for meaning of term "extra benefits" re pension plans for firefighters & municipal police officers, etc. Creates 175.1015, 185.085; amends 175.351,.061, 185.35,.05. APPROPRIATION: $300,000.
