HB 47-E: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Berfield ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Adams ; Clarke ; Cretul ; Davis ; Evers ; Galvano ; Gibson ; Green ; Hasner ; Justice ; Mahon ; Ritter

Workers' Compensation; provides that any licensee under Contracting law who forms corporation in order to become eligible for exemption from certain requirements for workers' compensation coverage is not required to obtain approval for change of status or for qualified business organization license under said law until July 1, 2004; specifies timeframes within which DBPR must request additional information & approve or deny such applications, etc.
