Florida KidCare Program; limits when applicant may apply for Medikids program enrollment; eliminates AHCA's ability to request increase in said program enrollment ceiling; provides for open enrollment periods; revises program eligibility criteria; limits coverage; provides exception for certain children otherwise eligible or covered under family member's employer health coverage; provides that dental services shall be covered, etc. Amends Ch. 409, 624.91. APPROPRIATION: $25,277,313.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
