Health Practitioner Workforce Data; provides legislative intent re health care practitioner workforce database; creates Fla. Health Care Practitioner Workforce Database within Health Dept.; authorizes database to be implemented in stages; gives priority in database for information concerning allopathic & osteopathic physicians; requires that data for database be gathered from existing data sources; requires certain entities to provide data elements to dept., etc. Creates 381.03015.
