Dermatological Services; requires dermatologist to directly supervise person who is not licensed to practice medicine or certified to practice advanced level nursing while that person performs specified services; defines terms; requires dermatologist to directly supervise person who is not licensed to practice osteopathic medicine or certified to practice advanced level nursing while that person performs specified services; defines terms. Creates 458.3245, 459.0126.
