GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Peaden
Firearm Records; prohibits knowing & willful creation or maintenance of any list, record, or registry of privately owned firearms or any list, record, or registry of owners of those firearms; authorizes Attorney General to enforce civil penalties against governmental agencies; requires state attorney to vigorously prosecute criminal violators of this act; requires liberal construction of act, etc. Creates 790.335.
