Construction Industries Fund; renames Florida Construction Industries Recovery Fund as Florida Homeowners' Construction Recovery Fund; deletes certain disbursement provisions; declares legislative intent re use of fund; provides certain authority & conditions for closing of cases for recovery; provides limit on disbursements re single contract; revises guidelines for making payments from fund; provides criminal penalties for specified fraudulent acts, etc. Amends Ch. 489, 468.631.
