Money Transmitters; revises definition of unsafe or unsound practice to include failures to comply with specified provisions of Code of Federal Regulations re money & finance; authorizes Financial Regulation Office of Financial Services Commission to make investigations or examinations to determine existence of violations of provisions of Code of Federal Regulations re money & finance; provides limitation, etc. Amends 560.103,.109,.114,.129,.208.
