GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Comprehensive Planning ; Banking and Insurance ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Fire Prevention & Control; creates Fire & Emergency Incident Information Program in State Fire Marshal Div. of Financial Services Dept.; establishes penalties for unauthorized use of fireworks or pyrotechnic devices in indoor facility; provides that said division may adopt additional national fire standards to ensure safe working conditions for firefighters; requires each live-fire-training instructor to be state-certified by January 1, 2006, etc. Amends FS.
