CS/SB 1208: Timeshare Plans

GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Webster

Timeshare Plans; revises language re specified provisions of timeshare plans; provides for required recordkeeping by seller of personal property timeshare plan; provides that section of law governing discharge of managing entity shall not apply re said plans; exempts accommodations & facilities of personal property timeshare plans from provision of law governing firesafety; provides for applicability, etc. Amends Ch. 721, 475.011, 718.103.
