Cardrooms; defines "dominoes," "high-stakes dominoes," & "high-stakes poker"; authorizes cardroom operators to host high-stakes poker & high-stakes dominoes tournaments at certain pari-mutuel facilities; provides limitations; requires greyhound permitholders to use portion of cardroom proceeds & certain prior supplements to supplement purses during current meets. Amends 849.086.
