Mold Assessment & Mold Remediation; provides legislative purpose; provides scope of act; provides for fees re licensure of mold assessors & mold remediators; provides for licensure examinations; provides for licensure of business organizations; establishes requirements for continuing education; prohibits performing more than one specified activity on given project; creates technical advisory committee, etc. Creates Part IV of Ch. 489; amends 489.107.
