Financial Protection for Elderly Act; provides popular name of "Financial Protection for Elderly Act of 2004"; makes financial exploitation of elderly person unlawful; provides for civil action for actual & punitive damages; provides for award of attorney's fees; provides continued jurisdiction of court in event of death of elderly person; provides criminal penalties for committing financial exploitation of elderly person, etc. Creates 410.701-.706, 825.1035.
