SB 1306: Satellite Hospital Facilities

GENERAL BILL by Pruitt

Satellite Hospital Facilities; provides exemption from certificate-of-need review if hospital licensed under Hospital Licensing & Regulation law transfers up to 100 acute care beds in order to establish satellite hospital facility in same county as hospital's primary location; prohibits hospital from establishing satellite hospital facility if all licensed hospital beds in county are owned by or affiliated with same corporation, etc. Amends 408.036.
