GENERAL BILL by Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Diaz de la Portilla ; Alexander

Open-Heart-Surgery/Cert.-of-Need; revises exemption from certificate-of-need requirements for certain open-heart-surgery programs to apply exemption to any hospital located within specified health service planning district or specified acute care subdistrict; provides criteria for qualifying for exemption; requires AHCA to report to Legislature re number of such exemptions requested & number granted or denied each year. Amends 408.036.
