Elevator Safety Technical Council; creates council within Hotels & Restaurants Div. of DBPR; provides for membership of council; requires council to provide technical assistance to division; provides for appointments & terms of office; provides for payment of per diem & travel expenses; repeals provision re former Elevator Safety Technical Advisory Committee. Creates 399.1061; repeals 399.106.
