Medicaid Program Administration; authorizes AHCA to revoke or refuse to renew certain provider agreements; authorizes AHCA to outsource certain Medicaid program administrative functions; requires AHCA to contract with actuarial firm to conduct evaluation of certain Medicaid reimbursement methodologies; requires AHCA to conduct study to design & implement standard for handling Medicaid records electronically, etc. Amends 409.907,.912,.9122. APPROPRIATION.
