Attorney Practices; prohibits solicitation of legal business for profit; provides criminal penalties; prohibits attorneys from advertising services for business for profit unless permitted by law; provides definition for term "solicit"; prohibits attorneys from initiating contact for purpose of soliciting legal business for profit; provides civil penalties; provides for equitable relief; provides construction. Amends 877.02.
