GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Saunders

Engineering; increases size of Board of Professional Engineers from nine to eleven members; specifies professions of engineers added to board; directs board to deem that applicant for professional engineering examination has passed fundamentals examination under specified conditions; provides exemption from prohibition against unlicensed persons using title "engineer"; provides limitations on such exemption. Amends 471.007,.013,.031.
