Conveyances of Land; modifies disclosure form that prospective purchaser must receive before contract for sale; provides that certain contracts are voidable for specified period; requires that purchaser provide written notice of cancellation; transfers & renumbers provision re required financial reports of certain residential subdivision developers; amends provision re disposition of subdivided lands; conforms cross-references. Amends Chs. 689, 498.
