GENERAL BILL by Sobel
Florida Virtual School; authorizes board of trustees of such school to enter into franchise agreements with Florida-based virtual schools that are accredited by Southern Association of Colleges & Schools; prohibits accredited & approved Florida-based virtual schools from charging parents of student a fee if student received services & was counted as full-time student by Florida-based virtual school, etc. Amends 1002.37.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
