GENERAL BILL by Dean
Construction Contracting; makes certain restrictions in bonds issued for public works projects unenforceable; revises direct contract provision requirement; provides that failure to include such provision in such contracts limits certain lien rights under contract; revises provision requiring lender to provide notice to property owner when making first loan disbursement on construction loan secured by residential real property, etc. Amends Chs. 255, 489, 713.
