CS/CS/SB 1456: Transportation

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary

Transportation; authorizes secretary of DOT to appoint additional assistant secretary & deputy assistant secretaries or directors; revises planning procedures of metropolitan planning organizations; provides that permit-delegation agreement between DOT & governmental entity does not apply to facilities of electric utilities; amends provisions re Tampa Bay Commuter Rail Authority Act, etc. Amends FS.
