GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care

Health Care Practitioners/Licensure; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/S1154,CS/S1462) revises requirements for information submitted by designated health care professionals for licensure, licensure renewal, & updates thereof; authorizes DOH to receive automated criminal arrest information concerning health care professionals who are subject to profiling requirements; requires certain health professionals to submit fingerprints to DOH & to pay fees, etc. Amends FS.
