Nursing Home Employee Health Ins.; provides that nursing home facilities that participate in Medicaid program may contract with DMS to purchase coverage in state group health insurance plan for facility's eligible employees & their dependents; provides requirements for such participation; provides for administrative fees; requires department to maintain specified records.
