GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Lawson
Environment; authorizes DEP to cooperate with Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. in implementation of best management practices; authorizes DEP to enter into voluntary agreements with certain entities to address water resource issues throughout watershed or basin; provides that such agreements shall not interfere with DEP's obligations under any delegated or approved federal program, etc. Amends 403.061; creates 403.0613.
