Weapons & Firearms/Seaports; revises definition of "sterile area" to include that area of seaport passenger terminal to which access is controlled by inspection of persons & property in accordance with state-approved seaport security plan; prohibits carrying of concealed weapon or firearm inside passenger terminal & sterile area of any seaport; provides exception; provides second degree misdemeanor penalty for violation, etc. Amends 790.001,.06,.165.
