Medical Practice; provides purpose & intent re formal supervisory relationships, standing orders, & established protocols; defines term "physician office practice setting"; provides requirements for supervisory relationships with advanced registered nurse practitioners or physician assistants practicing outside physician office practice setting. Amends 458.348.
