GENERAL BILL by Wise
Administrative Hearings; amends provisions re initiation of protective investigation following report to CFS Dept. of known or suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect to authorize subject of report by department making determination of indicated abuse or verified abuse to request administrative hearing under certain circumstances; provides for notice of right to such hearing, etc. Amends 39.301,.302.
