Safe Staffing for Quality Care Act; creates said act; provides legislative findings; prescribes safe staffing standards for health care facilities; requires licensed facilities to submit annual staffing plan to AHCA; provides standards for required skill mix; requires compliance with staffing plan; prohibits mandatory overtime; provides to employees right to refuse certain assignments & right to report suspected violations of safe staffing standards, etc. Creates 395.051-.057.
