GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Constantine ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Crist ; Aronberg ; Dockery
Specialty License Plates; revises requirements for establishing said plate; requires submission of sample plate; increases number of motor vehicle owners who must indicate, according to scientific sample survey, that they intend to purchase proposed specialty plate; requires DOT, in cooperation with local tax collectors & Prison Rehabilitative Industries & Diversified Enterprises, Inc., to study possibility of using direct-to-customer distribution, etc. Amends FS.
