Primary/Comprehensive Stroke Centers; provides legislative intent re said centers; directs AHCA to create list of said centers; requires Health Dept. to distribute list to certain persons & entities; prohibits person from advertising that facility is state-listed stroke center unless facility meets established criteria; directs dept. to develop stroke triage assessment tool; requires licensed emergency medical services providers to use said tool, etc.
