Certified Stroke Treatment Centers; provides legislative findings & intent re such centers; requires AHCA to create & make available on its Internet website & to Health Dept. list of primary & comprehensive stroke centers; provides criteria for inclusion on such list; requires agency to develop criteria for primary & comprehensive stroke centers; prohibits person from claiming that facility is state-listed stroke center unless facility has provided notice to agency, etc.
