GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Banking and Insurance ; Sebesta

Banking Regulation; authorizes Financial Services Commission to require electronic submission of forms, documents, or fees; authorizes commission to prescribe requirements for destroying books, accounts, records, & documents; revises provisions to specify continuing education for certain professions; requires licensure of mortgage brokerage businesses; revises certain fingerprinting requirements, etc. Amends FS.
