GENERAL BILL by Arza
Charter Schools; authorizes community colleges & state universities to sponsor charter schools on their own or in partnership with independent postsecondary educational institutions; revises provisions re compliance with building construction standards; exempts charter school facilities from complying with certain Fla. Building Code provisions; deletes certain provisions re allocation of appropriated funds, etc. Amends 1002.32,.33, 1013.62.
