Jacksonville Port Authority; (Duval Co.) creates & establishes separate charter provisions concerning seaport authority known as Jacksonville Port Authority which was established effective October 1, 2001 pursuant to specified provision, as amended; provides for interrelations with & use of services of City of Jacksonville; provides rights of employees & participation in Florida Retirement System; provides for audits & bonds, etc.
